Examination Documents
Internal assessment records, laboratory journals, and examination-related documents are retained for a minimum period as prescribed by the regulatory bodies, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
Retention Period
- Permanent: Admission registers, results, and graduate information.
- 10 Years: Staff records, payroll, and financial documents.
- 5 Years: Internal examination documents and laboratory journals.
